I’m so glad you’re here!
Inksite began as a simple wish—a way to integrate expressive writing with Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help us connect with our inner wisdom. Over time, it grew into something more—a space that brings together all the things I love: writing, dreaming, healing, and creative expression.
Here, you’ll find a place for quiet reflection and discovery. It’s not about perfection or pressure—it’s about exploration, connection, and nurturing the spark of inspiration that we all carry inside.
What You’ll Find at Inksite
Healing and Writing - Through small, intimate groups, we use writing to connect with ourselves and each other. These sessions often follow frameworks like the AWA (Amherst Writers & Artists) method which states that everyone has a unique, strong voice and the inherent ability to write creatively.
Dream Tending - Dreams hold wisdom and creativity. Dreams are viewed as "living images" with inherent intelligence, instead of just symbols to be interpreted. We should actively engage with dream figures and landscapes, listening to their stories and insights. By tending to our dreams like a garden, we can allow them to unfold and reveal their deeper meaning.
Creative Arts - I combine visual storytelling and reflective writing to help us uncover deeper insights, from the A Window Between Worlds (AWBW) workshop to creative mixed media collages to SoulCollage®,
Healing NarrativesDiscover the transformative blend of writing, Reiki, and Healing Touch. In this space, guided energy practices and reflective prompts support self-discovery, healing, and renewal. No prior experience is needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to explore.
Mindful Reading - Bibliotherapy and mindful reading unite us to explore how words—stories, poems, and books—can inspire, comfort, and transform. I also create workshops from psychotherapy books and other wellness books I know you will find meaningful.
A Monthly Rhythm
Workshops are small and personal, with two to four offered each month, bi-monthly or quarterly depending on the theme. They’re designed to meet you where you are, offering creativity, reflection, and support for your journey.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you’ll find something here that resonates, inspires, or simply gives you a moment to pause and reflect. Let’s continue this journey of creativity and healing, in our own unique ways.
With palms together,
— Annecy Báez
