Dream Cirle

Join Our Dream Circle

Our Dream Circle is a space to explore and deepen your relationship with dreams through a collaborative and creative approach. We work with dreams as living images, filled with symbolic and emotional meaning, and use journaling, reflection, drawing, and storytelling to bring them to life.

In a supportive group environment, participants share their dreams, engage in guided reflections, and delve into dream imagery—opening pathways for personal insight, connection, and transformation.

  • Private Dream Circle: Meets on the last Sunday of the month (by invitation).

  • Public Dream Circle: Meets on the second Sunday of the month if more than 4 participants RSVP.

✨ Workshops are kept small (6–8 members) to ensure intimacy and space for each voice.

Interested in joining? Email me ,  I’ll send you the Zoom link when you register to event.

AWA Writing Circle

AWA Writing

Each month, I host an Amherst Writers & Artists (AWA) workshop. Using the AWA method, founded on the belief that every voice is valuable, we write together in response to prompts.

In these sessions, you’ll have the chance to:

  • Write freely and without judgment

  • Share your writing in a supportive circle (sharing is always optional)

Workshops are held monthly, keeping a regular rhythm for those who want to return again and again, building a deeper practice over time.

No prior writing experience is needed, only curiosity and a willingness to listen to the wisdom of your own dreams.

AWA is used in writing groups and workshops to empower authentic storytelling, with meetings held monthly. To join a circle Email me

Contribute with Gratitude

In the spirit of Zen, I embrace the practice of mindful generosity. Rather than setting fixed fees, I offer workshops on a "Dana" (offering) basis, inviting participants to contribute what feels meaningful and aligned with their capacity. This approach honors the balance between giving and receiving, creating a space where everyone can participate with intention and gratitude.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope you’ll find something here that resonates, inspires, or simply gives you a moment to pause and reflect.
