At Inksite, we celebrate the incredible power of bibliotherapy and expressive writing. This space is all about discovering how literature and creative expression can be transformative tools for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.

The Power of Bibliotherapy

Bibliotherapy allows us to engage deeply with books, storytelling, and creative writing. Through this practice, we can explore emotions, find new perspectives, and connect with our inner selves.

Here, you’re invited to craft personal written works—journals, poems, or stories—giving voice to your innermost thoughts and experiences. Expressive bibliotherapy also integrates art forms like drawing, painting, or collage inspired by the literary works we explore, offering a multidimensional approach to healing.

What to Expect

Through bibliotherapy, we’ll embrace a wide range of genres and themes, each piece of literature acting as a mirror to help us connect with our core selves. Together, we’ll uncover the threads that tie us to the broader human experience.

The wisdom found in books enriches us with resilience, compassion, and empathy. By engaging with literature and storytelling, we gain tools to navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity and grace.

About Me

Hi, I’m Annecy! I’m an educator, psychotherapist, digital collage and mixed media artist, aspiring zine maker, and author of My Daughter’s Eyes and Other Stories. My poetry and stories have been featured in journals and anthologies, including 4:33, and my digital collages have accompanied works like my dream story, “The Vote,” in HTI Open Plaza.

Through Biblioterapia at Inksite, I celebrate the transformative power of storytelling, literature, and creative expression. My goal is to inspire reflection, connection, and growth, creating a welcoming space where everyone’s story matters.

Thank you for joining me on this journey of healing and discovery through words.

Contribute with Gratitude

In the spirit of Zen, I embrace the practice of mindful generosity. Rather than setting fixed fees, I offer workshops on a "Dana" (offering) basis, inviting participants to contribute what feels meaningful and aligned with their capacity.

This approach honors the balance between giving and receiving, creating a space where everyone can participate with intention and gratitude.
