Reflecting on the Books That Shaped My Healing Touch Journey
One of the most enriching aspects of my Healing Touch training was diving into a collection of books that became companions on my path. These readings weren’t just about meeting program requirements; they were an invitation to explore ideas that deepened my understanding of energy healing and my personal growth.
The books covered areas like Healing Touch, energy medicine, quantum physics, spiritual development, journaling, and ethics. Each one offered something unique, but Dorothea Hover-Kramer’s Creating Healing Relationships left a lasting impression. It provided a profound framework for understanding the ethical responsibilities of healers and the sacred trust we hold.
Reflecting on these books helped me connect key concepts to my practice, integrate new ideas into self-care, and challenge my thinking. Journaling texts, in particular, reinforced writing as both a healing tool and a way to process my journey.
Looking back, these readings were more than educational; they were transformative. They helped shape me as a healer and writer, offering lessons I carry with me to this day.
With palms together,
